The Air-1XL is an efficient, affordable and safe system for circulating up to 8,190 GPM in deep ponds. In a typical pond the Air-1XL can aerate up to 2 acres depending on dissolve oxygen demand and other factors. This system will function properly to a depth of 25 feet.

    A 1/3 hp diaphragm compressor, housed in our rustproof outdoor cabinet, feeds one bottom mounted AirStationXL™ utilizing MicronBubble™ technology.

    The majority of bubbles are only 500 to 1000 microns in diameter — and as bubble size decreases, oxygen transfer rates increase dramatically. The rising force of millions of bubbles circulate the entire water column, moving bottom water up to the surface allowing vital oxygen to be absorbed. Oxygen levels are increased and kept constant throughout the entire lake preventing drastic Oxygen swings that can lead to fish-kills.

    With no electricity in the water, our aeration systems are safe for any type of water recreation. The self-cleaning AirStationXLs allow for years of high performance, reliability, and low maintenance.
